As a 2007 CSU Pomona graduate, John Santana had to stay focused to achieve his Bachelors in business administration. While being exposed to marketing, business administration, economy, investment, business & real estate law classes, he has seen first hand that understatement, asking questions & staying connected are key to success – in life, school & business. Applying that same knowledge & discipline to real estate full time since 2008, he soon entered the property management world with a better understatement, ready & willing to better inform his clients, while facilitating their property goals.
John enjoys staying busy, likes to share & learn new info, and aims to stay humble but confident.

Kevin is the Owner/Broker of PMI San Bernardino (also PMI Beverly Hills and PMI Coachella Valley), I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington in Psychology/Poli Sci and a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
Licensed Broker by the California Department of Real Estate and NARPM, CAI, and VRMA member. My background is in the Technology world, where I was the CIO for several public organizations, before retiring to the world of Property Management.
Our team is committed to providing excellent service to all of our clients: Owners, Investors, Tenants, HOAs and Commercial. In addition, we have been awarded “Best Property Management Company” twice.
